The Danish coffee powder grinder was manufactured in 1930, based on the principle of grinding coffee husks, with four aluminum funnels with a waist at the neck of the tube, a removable lid with a round knob at the top. In front of the machine there is a petal-shaped wheel to attach the belt. Below is a green wooden table to catch coffee. The table has a gap where you can observe whether the powder has been ground finely or not so you can adjust the fineness of the coffee. The machine has eleven (11) small wooden compartments, large size and very heavy weight, beautifully designed, can blend coffee types such as Arabica and Robusta combined. Weighing nearly three hundred kilograms and requiring up to five people to carry, this coffee grinder is often used in cafes in Denmark.
In the 17th century, coffee began to be popular in Denmark and is an important part of Danish culinary culture with the existence of large and small coffee shops in every corner. Denmark is currently one of the countries that drinks the most coffee in the world, with the average Dane drinking about four cups of coffee a day.
