French press hadn’t been well-known in Europe until the 20th century. Some researchers showed that firstly official French press of France hadn’t really known. One turning-point came in 1929 when an Italian, Ugo Paolini, granted his design license to the countrymen, Attilio Calmani and Giulio Moneta.
