The Coffee roaster was used in an old coffee factory in German. The ball inside the roaster can hold 5 kilos of green coffee bean. It has a pretty delicate lid that can release steam out to keep the coffee's maturity evenly, underneath the roaster is quite a large charcoal drawer. People often use their hands to stir the coffee inside the ball, blowing the charcoals inside. It can be considered the first charcoal roaster of German technology in the 1900s, one of the first roasters in the form of spherical drums of Probat Emmericher, with high pillar legs, sturdy steel frame, and a black spherical roasting cage stuck with an iron bar. It is a drum-shaped roaster with a lid attached. Around the body are iron bolt buttons manufactured in the most advanced way of that time. Many countries can still produce similar roasters. However, it is said that the original brand Probat of German is still the most popular.
