Buderus is a German who founded the company having the same name in the field of metallurgy and iron processing with its headquarters in Wetzlar.
This family company was founded on 14th  March 1731 by Johann Wilhelm Buderus I and gradually expanded over the centuries from his descendants to one of the largest foundries in Germany and Europe. It is one of the oldest large companies in Europe.
This is a Buderus charcoal coffee roaster, one of the famous products of the above company, the roaster has four tall legs. On the top, there are two roasting drawers that can work at the same time. One of the innovations in the field of coffee roasting from the 18th to the first half of the 19th century in Germany, greatly improved capacity compared to earlier manual roasters. Currently, the company is still in operation but has been sold to another owner.
