It is Ibrik, Finjan or Cezve and it is called Turka in Russia. This is a small pot used to make and serve Turkish coffee. It was invented in the late 16th century. The Ibrik usually consists of a metal pot (usually bronze or brass, but it can be also made of stainless steel, ceramic or even silver). Brass is the coffee barista's choice because it is considered the best practical conductor of heat. Its main advantage is that only low to medium heat is needed to achieve the best results. This is why brass is a perfect material used for Turkish coffee pots. The Cezves are usually made of 1.0 mm-thick bronze, sometimes double thick. The thick bronze not only retains heat longer and better cooking/brewing but also is more durable. Heat wears out copper and thin bronze will usually leak after a few months. In addition, for the pots made by unskilled workers, the side where the handle is located is easy to leak.
Pots typically have a long handle, a wide base and a tapered neck, creating a wider mouth. Each wooden handle is turned on a lathe by manufacturers and dyed separately (It can be different colors), attached to the pot with copper connectors to ensure leak-free for years. Thus, the handle will not wobble and is securely attached.
Like all bronze cookware, Ibrik is coated with tin inside, which is a healthy metal that our bodies need. However, tin is not cheap, so some manufacturers mixed lead with it. Currently, people produce pots made of 100% tin without lead inside to ensure safety for consumers' health.
