At first glance, the design resembles a Vietnamese conical hat; however, it is not made from palm leaves or coconut leaves but is woven with bamboo quite firmly. Chinese people often use it when gardening and going to the coffee fields. At present, China is in the group of 20 coffee exporting countries in the world. In particular, Yunnan province of this country provides 95% of the country's coffee production. According to experts, "Yunnan's coffee has very elegant taste not sour, and the post-harvest processing stage creates a special flavor mixed both avocado and strawberry.” The younger generation of China is gradually stepping away from the traditional tea-drinking culture, so coffee is now a popular choice. Meanwhile, commercial coffee officially started more than 30 years ago, when the Chinese government invited famous coffee processing firms in the world to invest in factories and develop coffee growing areas for Yunnan in order to eliminate hunger and reduce poverty for ethnic minorities.
